30+ Years of Martial Arts Experience
My name is Lachlan Cooper and I have been involved in martial arts for over 30 years. During that time I have trained under some exceptional instructors and competed at the highest levels - but more importantly, I have watched martial arts fundamentally change people's lives.
The physical techniques matter, of course. But the real lessons are the ones that go deeper: discipline to show up when it's hard, resilience to get back up after you fall, and courage to face the things that frighten you.
These are the qualities we are here to develop at Red Croc Martial Arts - in children, in teenagers, and in adults. Every student who walks through our doors has the potential to become stronger, more confident, and more resilient.
