Juniors (Ages 6–12)

The Juniors program builds strong technique, character, and confidence.

Students develop powerful kicking and striking skills, practical self-defence, and fitness while learning the values of perseverance, discipline, and respect. Classes are structured, energetic, and goal-oriented — helping students progress through belts while growing mentally and physically.

We focus on empowering young students to stand tall, stay calm under pressure, and give their best effort every session.
