Combined Junior & Senior Class

Our combined classes bring Juniors and Seniors together for extended training sessions that build endurance, teamwork, and advanced skills.

These sessions allow families to train at the same time and give students the opportunity to learn from one another. With longer class times, we can focus on deeper technical work, sparring development, patterns, and conditioning.

Saturday morning training is especially popular for those who want to start their weekend strong.
